BIM Technician (M&E) - Building Services Engineering

In this role, you will use industry-leading software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to create and manage BIM models. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Generate and maintain detailed documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Support the project team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling for M&E systems.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Understanding of building codes and standards relevant to Bali.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid certification in BIM or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
