Depot Fajar Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Deputy Recruiter to join our team in Lubuklinggau. We are a growing company in the coffee industry, and we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to help us find the best talent for our team.

As a Deputy Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting the Recruiter in all aspects of the recruitment process. You will work closely with the Recruiter to ensure that we are attracting and hiring the best candidates for our open positions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Recruiter in all aspects of the recruitment process,Conduct initial screening of job applicants,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Provide feedback to candidates on their performance in interviews,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus,Passion for the coffee industry is a plus
