📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize the user experience on our e-commerce platform using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce initiatives.
• Work with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on our e-commerce platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in driving e-commerce growth and improving customer experience.
