📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of front of house staff to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front of house management in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
