🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in deposit operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing deposit operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as Core Banking Solutions, SAP, or Oracle.
