📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market expansion.,Monitor industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.,Manage and mentor junior business development staff.,Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local and regional market dynamics.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
