📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire quality candidates.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
