📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of local teams in Denpasar.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure alignment with company goals.,Manage and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to Denpasar as needed.
