📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions and specifications.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
