📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
