📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Review financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial reporting processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance financial operations.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and other financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting and auditing regulations and practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on accounting and auditing procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
  • Professional certification in accounting or auditing (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
