📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the retail counter, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.
• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using POS and inventory management software.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized counter area.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.
• Promote new products and special offers to customers.
• Assist in stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.
• Familiarity with mobile accessories and technology products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
• Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
