📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in managing employee data and maintaining HR records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documents and files.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and analytics.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the management of HR systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
