📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data and employment history.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment within the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
