📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee banquet operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.,Create and execute banquet menus in collaboration with the culinary team.,Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.,Manage banquet budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.,Organize and execute pre-event and post-event activities.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Proven track record of managing banquet staff and events.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for food and beverage service.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
