PT Kreasi Astrid is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Lubuklinggau market and industry is a plus.
