📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all customers,Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure the smooth operation of the café during peak hours,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels,Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of cash handling procedures,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic food and beverage preparation,Ability to stand for long periods of time,Good time management and organizational skills,Ability to work well under pressure
