📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and guidance to enhance their performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports to the management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
