• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Academy, aligning with the company’s vision and market trends.
• Lead a team of educators, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
• Design and update curriculum to meet industry standards and learner needs.
• Oversee the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and certification courses.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate educational initiatives into broader business strategies.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track program performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Foster partnerships with local and international educational institutions to expand the Academy’s reach.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership or educational program development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing educational programs.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and data analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
