📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of bartenders and servers to ensure exceptional service and a vibrant bar atmosphere.
• Craft and innovate cocktail and drink menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
• Train and develop bartenders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to create a seamless dining experience.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in bar management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bar leadership or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Passionate about creating a unique and engaging bar experience.
