📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various pharmacy positions.
- Screen and assess candidates' resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial interviews and phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pharmacy recruitment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in recruiting for pharmacy and healthcare roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
