📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for property development projects.
• Support the accounting team in ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for property development projects.
• Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate financial records for property acquisitions and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a property development or construction company.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with property development or construction finance is a plus.
