📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage a team of associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

• Manage inventory levels using POS systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a wholesale retail environment.
