📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create and send targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Conduct keyword research and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on retail or e-commerce.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media, email marketing, and SEM campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
