- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations and resolve disputes
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Provide legal advice and support to the HR department
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry best practices
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle legal aspects of employee terminations and resignations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or legal compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HRIS and legal software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Valid legal practice certificate or equivalent
