• Screen and assess candidates' resumes and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in recruiting for pharmacy and healthcare roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
