📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Create and manage social media content using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Design marketing materials using Canva and other design software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
